# FY24 NVIDIANs in Action

NVIDIANs share a passion for supporting the communities in which we live and do business. Take a look at some of the ways Inspire 365 helped individual employees, teams and groups, and offices around the world turn this passion for giving into action in fiscal year 2024.

## Making a Difference

### Employee-Led Efforts

* Loai Ahmed-Babikir raised nearly $18K for emergency response and education for the Sudanese community.
* Tenika Versey raised $7.5K+ for the Tides Foundation to support female-led startups working on transformative climate solutions.
* Anuj More collected $2K+ to help first-generation students in India develop new skills through experiential learning and mentorship.
* Anurag Malhotra volunteered as a locomotive engineer for a nonprofit railroad, which serves 200,000 visitors each year. He also serves on its board of directors.

### Charitable Team-Building

* Our Consumer Marketing team prepared care kits for patients receiving cancer treatment.
* Our Enterprise Products team assembled stuffed toys for children in need.
* Our Silicon Solutions engineering group spruced up a local park by removing litter and graffiti, gardening, clearing walkways, and cleaning recreational structures.
* Our summer interns worked alongside their managers to make tug toys for animals at the local humane society.
* Our University Recruiting team created care kits to support teen mental health and veterans in hospitals.

### Community Resource Group Events

* Our Black NVIDIAN Network partnered with Inspire 365 to encourage employees to take five simple actions to celebrate Black history, culture, and experiences.
* Our Hispanic-Latino Network assembled college-preparedness packages for low-income and first-generation students.
* Our NVIDIA Disabilities Network created care packages for children who have autism and their caregivers.
* Our NVPride group led a fundraiser to honor Trans Day of Visibility, raising $35K+ for House of Rebirth and the ACLU Foundation.
* Our Women in Tech group organized a fundraiser and clothing drive for Dress for Success, directing more than $10K to empower women to achieve economic independence.

### Inspire Champion-Led Office Activities

* In Berlin, Germany, employees completed maintenance projects like painting and gardening to improve the facilities at Strassenkinder e.V., a longtime partner that serves at-risk youth.
* In Pune, India, employees made seed balls and planted trees at two environment-focused volunteer events.
* In our Santa Clara headquarters, volunteers sorted 375K+ pounds of food for Second Harvest, built a school garden, spruced up a local park, created care kits for seniors and the unhoused, provided career advice to students, and more.
* In Shanghai, China, 300 employees raised over $28,000 and participated in a 6K hike to support women overcoming cancer.
* Across the U.S., our offices teamed up for their annual backpack drive, collectively raising more than $286K to provide nearly 8,200 backpacks to underserved students.
* In Yerevan, Armenia, employees worked alongside the community to plant trees as part of a reforestation effort in Urasar village.
