**Marco Alves** Certification Program Lead  
 **NVIDIA**

Marco Alves is a dedicated professional serving as NVIDIA’s technical certification lead in California, bringing over 20 years of experience in networking, AI, and enterprise training to his work. Since joining NVIDIA in 2018, Marco has pioneered the company’s technical certification program, helping develop curricula and exams that support professionals in building skills in AI and accelerated computing. His efforts aim to assist learners in navigating the evolving tech landscape, particularly with AI infrastructure, in support of NVIDIA’s goal to foster innovation.

**Gary Fluitt** Technical Certification Manager  
 **NVIDIA**

Gary Fluitt is a technical certification manager with NVIDIA. He launched and ran technical certification programs for Sun Microsystems, Google, and Stripe before joining NVIDIA. Gary has a bachelor’s in instructional design and a master’s in education. He won the IT Certification Council’s Innovation Award in 2023 for his work on Stripe’s performance-based certification for developers, innovated performance-based testing for infrastructure and administration professionals, and he’s a frequent speaker at industry events.

**Brad Christian** Chief Enterprise Architect  
 **Computacenter**

Brad Christian is the chief enterprise architect for DC and AI at Computacenter and is based out of Frisco, TX. He has over 25 years of experience helping infrastructure teams build solutions to support the needs of their organizations. A VMware alumni, Brad is a VMware Certified Design Expert, published author, and routinely speaks on data center design topics at industry events. Brad was one of the first to earn all three NVIDIA AI infrastructure certifications and has extended that expertise by being a voice for customers and partners during the exam review process with the NVIDIA education team.
